Can I just say a huge AMEN to your praise of your staff? Every time I had a question, every time I spoke to somebody in a Leaky Staff shirt at all, even when I'm sure they were exhausted, they were always smiling and gracious and excited and so very helpful and fan-freaking-tastic! Leaky Staffers are totally Made of Awesome!

You know what, I'm gonna have to do that so that I too can meet all the amazing leakystaffers and have my book signed and meet all the amazing people and listen to all the wrock and the programming and... oh there is just so much. No way I'm missing it again!
