If you're planning to take your surfboard / boogieboard to Bali, make sure you lock the bag.
On the 8th of October 2004, the Bali police planted 4.2 kg of cannabis, in an unlocked boogieboard bag, that belonged to an innocent Australian tourist.
Their numerous breaches of their own Code of Criminal Procedure, is evidence for this. This evidence is in the public domain.
