Request denied, an emergency vehicle request right of way and i as driver can decide to grand that request or deny. Unless it's a cop, i usually deny that request.

This is china. Its a "small" (small for china=10million people) city called Linyi, thats located near Tianjin. Ive lived there for 5 years.
