@TATERxSALAD44 Heroin needs to be distributed by doctors & pharmacists in a taxed & regulated system. Crack would still be a problem. Best to issue a warning: DO NOT BAKE CRACK then deal with the fallout humanely, with the fools that will anyway as opposed to criminalising them.
