For all of you who ask: "What the hell with this little fat guy!?" "Why is he so famous?" "WTF?!" etc.. here goes the story: Once upon a time there were three boys playing "pirates" in a remote place called Vallecillo, in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. During their journey, they came accross a lodge used as a bridge above a stream of water. The guy with a yellow t-shirt is called Fernando. Being a pain-in-the-ass, Fernando started picking up on Edgar by saying he's going to make him fall, as Edgar begins to cross the bridge. Edgar fights back spitting a bunch of bad words..then the rest is history and Edgar becomes astonishingly famous. First locally (city) and then worldwide. It all began with YouTube, then Fotolog, then local Newspapers and T-Shirts, Nationwide, CNN Worldwide and perhaps soon in Theaters Near You!
Monterrey, Nuevo Leon is proud to present "Edgar's Fall" to the World Enjoy!

If I didn't know Spanish then this video would make no sense. So my question is, how does this appeal to gringo Americans? This is suppossed to be one of the top five most viewed in the world.
The language doesn't matter, actually; what makes this video funny is the guy's outlook, his goofy movements and, most of all I think, his voice. Someway there's a sadistic side in people which makes them want to see THIS BOY in this situation because he looks damn funny in it.
