The park avenue buick i think has a problem with the charging system? seems to me like a corroded charge wire or something of that nature. it should be at 14 - 14.5 no matter what even with a shit battery. Hell a shit battery will make it charge higher.

Why not take the engine and transmission from your old car with the bad frame, and put it in your good car!
