VIU is fantastic. Best decision I ever made to come here. Great professors, small classes, beautiful campus, and lots to do. And tuition is less than the big universities - you really get your money's worth!!!

All I can say is I hated VIU. I can only describe my time there as hell. I'm an A and B student due to my own hard work, but I have had to continue my training somewhere else.

In this video they keep saying how you meet other students, well you meet other students no matter where you go.

It's a nice medium sized University as others already mentioning its advantages in terms of class size and high level of professor-student interaction. I think I prefer this university to SFU (my home undergrad university). Please, don't come to university if you think about skipping for working, not showing up in the classes (especially for international students: undertable workers). Don't ruin the image of the school.
