Yam and pepper sauce, yam potage, yam and corned beef omlette, fried leftover yam.... all delicious! Love my Nigerian/African/Diaspora cuisine!

@Too2flyy4u My father purchases his yams from the local flea market. Perhaps you can find them at your local farmer's market.

@Giggra Amounts? Girl, I wish my father used measurements lol. I guess he would say he added a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Sorry, wish I could give you more exact info. He just added the seasonings to his own taste.
