good demo... but next time, compare apples to apples... ah one here is an apple... hmmm... both products were designed for an entirely different purpose, so there's really no comparison at all. still a good demo though, especially for the mixed-up consumer who has to spend money well.

The only differences between these two is the ambient lighting really messes with the sensor in the ipod. The audio is fuller on the Zoom. So if you want a damn good recording, leave the iPod at home.

Yeah guys the ipod touch is off towards the light and thus creating glare and digital noise, as far as sound its basically a close one just depends on what use you will require of it. So in short terms it isnt a fair trial.

There's really no comparison! The Zoom Q3HD is the winner hands down. The guitar sounds so much fuller and the picture clearer. You want the real test? Record a drumset or a whole band and you'll really see how amazing the quality of the Zoom is!!! They make some of the best recording equipment on the market! And easy to use I might add!
