i have a modd xbox using evo x,, im a n00b to this so is it a case of just going and renting games now and jus saving them to the hard drive pls can u help me

? I got my Xbox from my uncle, and he used to work on computers. He completely maxed out the hard drive so I have Unlimited blocks!

@badaman2 That's what I did.. You just cant use them on xbox live... But who's on that anyway with all those very old games? I just kinda wanna sell mine... I got a original one non hacked and a hacked one with like 100 games on it :\ But I dont think im gonna sell the hacked one

ok. you dont have to SOLDER. its called a linux expliot VIA splinter cell (or similar). you need a usb/memory card unit and action replay for PC. you download the exploit gamesave and copy it to the xbox. you can load the gamesave in splinter cell and it will boot to a heavily modified linux. this way you can install the SOFTMOD.

the hardrive is what you want to Solder in is for the extra memory.

I have it explained on the second comment. But like I said it's worth it! And if you have a xbox 360 and an original xbox you practically have nothing to loose.
