  • @KYzasTV tuck planche to handstand is a great start. What I did was start doing sets of 15 pressup reps with my hands under shoulders, then moved my hand position progressively lower and lower down the body until they're are at your waist (think of it as your balance point). Then do these pressups with your feet up on a wall. it took me a few weeks to do but I already had a good bench at 150kg, while weighing 73kg and being 166cm.

    You can do it! it'll take time but it'll happen if u keep at it
