* Detail Textures can now be painted onto the terrain - in the heightfield editor
you can set up to 3 detail textures, and then paint them on. Detail Textures and
detail weightmap can be saved and loaded.
* When painting, a circle brush will be projected on the heightfield. Left click will
paint the current detail texture, and right click will erase.
* Added a better cascade split method - the transition between cascaded shadow maps
is less harsh now
* Added a lookaround tool - within this tool you can rotate the camera just by
dragging around the mouse. This allows you to easily move and rotate the camera
at the same time - which is great for looking around the map.
* Added an option to turn off the physics debug draw
* Textures are now loaded with mipmaps by default
