I will post more videos about how I learn to scratch and mix on turntables (connected to a pc do that you can scratch digital mp3 files) .
The reason is to show other wanna be beginners how it sounds like in the beginning perhaps, so that they know that it is all about practice. I invest 1 a 1 and a half hour to this each day and see what happens.
This is day 4
Slow is better. I want too much and therefore make mistakes as you can see in the video. I learned to baby scratch and add a chirp next to it....call it a combo move. I also did some dropping and baby scratch combo moves. I practiced the transformer and some stabbing.
And I also experimented with moving the platter forward , backwward, in the middle, at the end, without using the crossfader. Slow is better.

@Sahm3ran hi, yes. I like the reloops a lot. This new reloop 6000 mk6 turntable has adjustable torque, so you can make it use like a technics 1200 or a much higjer torque. That is what you get from the new reloop. The mk5 doesn't have that option, but has a seperate start and stop knob which the mk6 doesn't have. So it depends on your needs. I use ortofon DJ-S. I read a lot on internet and they say it is good fro scarch and mix. Good luck.
