Ok, I try it with my bad english.. (sorry)
To kill the flicker-effects by compiz and recordmydesktop/RecordItNow uncheck the option "Allow Flipping" in the NVIDIA Server Settings. That's it. If this doesn't work, the CPU/GPU may be to slow?
