This gives a high level overview of Federally tax qualified long term care insurance. I'm not covering how to qualify for benefits, explaining most riders, etc. Just the basics of designing a plan & how the payout works. The idea here is that too many people get confused by all the lingo, bells & whistles, and therefore end up not being able to make a decision on this product.
