And I guess my neighbours love 'tallica, or they haven't been brave enough to ring the bell yet (...maybe I didn't hear it)

My Neighbours are actually pretty cool 'bout this stuff, I have my set at home about 2 weeks a year for tweaking (rest of the year it's in the practice room)

Once a neighbour was extremely surprised and asked me if I did hear a very loud "piano like" sound :-)
