Symbolism in World Religions

An examination of the religious symbolism found in Roman Catholicism. If you study the Roman Catholic Monstrance, which is the golden sun-like metal case with metal rays of light emanating from it, within which the circular 'host' (consecrated bread) is placed. Then the monstrance itself is a visual representation of the Sun and the holder for the bread, which is inside the circular centre of the Monstrance, is usually crescent moon shaped.

This video was made to educate the public about the Sun and Crescent Moon symbolism found in Roman Catholicism. So with regard to copyright I appeal to the United States Fair Use Act of 1976 (subsection 107).

Muslims worshipped the moon and the stars? Then they were not Muslims, in order to be a Muslim the first fundamental is to only worship one God (Allah) and one God alone. Can you tell me how the cresent moon got started? And what does the star by the moon represent? What religion started the cresent moon image? It looks like a platform for the statue to sit on that speaks in Rev. Just a guess.

I think.. they are meant to be decorative motif, never a symbol. the building (kaabah) is actually erected to mark the site where the history of humankind began. it's the site, not the building. they even build toilets on the site of Muhammad s.a.w home to avoid it from being 'worshiped' by fanatics.

In the book of Sharia, Muslims are forbidden to turn their backsides to the sun, moon, and the "holy precinct" in Jerusalem when going to the bathroom, so they've never emerged from their sun/moon worship. Cults are all religions of "do, do, do", Christianity says "It's done!" Muslims are groomed to deny their pagan roots, yet they continue to behave as the pagans of Jahiliyah. Islam and all its components are counterfeit.
