  • I wish someone in the audience would just yell, "SHUT YER GIGANTIC GOBBLER YA FAT FUCK!"

  • You're that angry about tip tap shoes, or having to wait a few seconds before safely being able to pass (being behind a truck or bus is worse), that you want to kill the person.

Try being the person that people want to kill because someone else broke the road rules, or because you hate tip tap shoes, or can't wait 5 or 10 seconds to pass - less than you'd wait to pass a truck or bus or car if I was driving.

Sadly this is too real. Just because a 'comedian' said it, doesn't make it comedy.

  • If they abided by the road rules I.E didnt run lights or get in the way there wouldn't be a problem!!! pollute the earth like the rest of us!!!

  • Oh god people, the woman's obviously joking, calm down. This is GNW, not Q&A. Jeez.

  • @irpagett No. Cyclists are legally allowed to ride two abreast on the road. All vehicles must allow atleast one metre when passing a cyclist. Many cyclists are travelling at 35 to 45 km/h on the road. To be pedantic though, if roads are just for cars, where do you suggest motorcycles and trucks travel?

  • If you took this seriously, just die. Comedy is comedy. Get lost.

  • They are talking about cyclists who dont follow the road rules. I dont agree with the taking of them out though. Cyclists are meant to ride in single file on a bike path, NOT all over a busy road. Roads are for cars, bike paths are for bikes. Figure it out people!!!

  • honey, we dont want to see your fat, sweaty, desperately ugly, porky face either

  • for someone to brush off a person for taking offense at targeting a person who is bike riding bike as simply "too PC" is trivializing this. there are far too many hateful people already on the road who for some reason seem personally offended by the sight of someone biking; they aim at cyclists, throwing bottles, veering, scaring, damaging, hurting, killing. "lighten up" is not the correct reaction. we do not need to encourage more violence against cyclists, it's not a joke, it's not funny.

  • @titetie Cycling isn't a sport, it's a mode of transport. Cycling races are sport just as car races are sport. However, that does not mean the roads are set aside for car racing or cycling races. So no you are wrong - cycling as a sport does not have the road at their disposal. Cycling clubs should be using bike specific locations such as bike paths and velodromes. If these venues aren't available they should fundraise to create such locations.
