@toniisisethen, He went to my school and my friend is friends with him, and I actually asked her about him the other day what he was up to, and apparently he moved to Sydney, and he's an artist.. and apparentally he hates it when you mention idol to him because he's trying to 'move on' with his life. :/ It's so sad :(

@EGarrett01 Are you really that stupid!! I didn't point out arrangement, or voice. If you actually had a brain you would know that having emotion is being able to draw you in. Adam's voice and style, especially his high singing just draws out the pure emotion of this song. Unlike Ben who is airy and under pitch throughout the song. That is not emotion! Maybe in your shallow marshmellow-filled world it might be. Maybe you ought to think before you post so you don't sound so ignorant!

FUCK YOU MARCIA!!!!!!!!
OMG I've had to sign up just so I can add a comment to defend Ben and his beautiful take on this song! Personally, this is my favourite version. It's what ever reaches your soul, and speaks to you. I found Ben's performance to be honest and down to earth. I found Adams to be over the top....Maybe too many drama classes? I dont care what anyone says in reply to my comment...I know what I like and I'm sticking to it!

The difference between Ben's and Adam's version of this song is the emotion they're trying to portray. Adam really tried to get across feelings of depression, sadness, and confusion even, in addition to showing of his vocals. Ben really tried to push feelings of fear and anxiety and vulnerability. At least that's the impression I get.
