  • @Bodybuildinq Whoops, I was wrong - it's not arsenic. There is, however, cyanide in apple seeds. Just checked it. But apparently your body can process the toxins in small doses, so a few seeds here and there aren't terribly dangerous.

  • Looks good! But you should take the seeds out of the apple, as appleseeds contain traces of arsenic.
