careless smoker burns up my house.this is episode 2 exposing how a bad landlord(the apartments next door) can destroy a good neighborhood.I try to video document as best i can ,the negligence of both tenents and landlord.This land lord was advised of the cigarette butt problem on several occasion and the response is always the same"I can't be responsible for everything these tenet's do."

upon inspection by fire investigators it was found spots along the wooden fence had ignited in the recent past, meaning me family could have been killed on several different occasions.I was the only one home when this fire took place,which included a propane explosion.luckly my dogs were not killed in the blast.two fire fighters recieved second degree burns on neck and hands by a back draught event in the attic.
