OMG! your the idiot here mate, that letter feature is on my Zen Vision:M, maybe you need to have a look at the new Zen range first before bragging you know everything! As for me not knowing, i work in effing Comet, one of the UK's largest elecrical stores... i handle these bloody things every day i work there i know what i am on about! As for well maybe the battery life isnt as long, i had a touch didnt recharge the thing for weeks, though to be fair didnt have colour screen and was a brick.

well mabey they say the Zen touch can last 24 hours ,but it probley can only just , tests on the nano it lasted 28 hours 7 mins playing non stop , you probley havent seen or used a new nano because when are scroling down u have the option to get to the bottom faster buy it just showing you what letter you are at , plus never mind pressing the down button(woooh , i dont no wot u think is so kool about that ) it has a search and Zen are the uglyest things ever my mate had 1 , he now has a iPod ,

Also the iPod is shit cos when you do get to the bottom of the list you cant go back to the top of the list, unless you frantically scroll back up, which is stupid cos you cant even go in circles! (the Zen range and every other brand can do that!). And finally you say iPods are so much better, well no, they do look the dogs bollocks, ...

And i had a Zen touch, bought it in 2004, that had 24 hours battery life. Also the Zen range has a far superior way of browsing through music, simply hold your finger down at the bottom or top of the touchpad and it rapid scrolls through everything, dont even have to strain swirling my finger around through 30gb's of music.
