  • @RJ6991 No, just the veggies. I think it's so cool that you do what works for you. Whatever you do, just keep up the good work, and stay motivated. I'm just going to keep coming up with creative ways to make eating veggies raw and cooked tasty and creative. Thank you for reaching out.

  • JoAnn I am a natural veggie lover anyway so this is not hard for me..still do baked fish every now and then. Cooked the 15 bean this past weekend added onions and Mrs. Dash spices...Absoultely delicious...hubby loved them...No you don't need to cook your beans with "fat back" etc.... Love what you (we) are doing...treating our bodies as we should...keep the motivation coming...Love Ya!!!!

  • Have you tried BOCA or Tempeh... I'm not cool with Tempeh but it does work in a pinch... also TVP.. for making your own Veggie Patties. I use Tvp and Falafel Powder to make the patties..

  • if you have a little more time in hand, trying skipping the already sliced veggies, they are more expensive. Just buy the whole onion, bell peppers etc and on Sunday cut them all up and have them ready for the week

  • Try getting some Raw Chocolate covered Dried Mulberries for a treat - delicious. They are really rich tasting. I love sprouts - especially alfafa. I wish we had the Hickory BBQ Riblets in the UK *sigh* You might want to watch some Raw Food recipes for tasty and interesting things to do with raw veggies. Also don't forget to try eating some nuts and seeds as snacks or sprinkled on salads etc.
