@Quatermain98526 It was more for everyone that seems to be under the misconception that a Trans Am is not a Firebird. Like the guy that just posted I own a 2002 Trans Am WS6. But when people call it a Firebird I do not correct them. That is what it is. Just like owning a Grand Prix. It doesn't matter if its a GT, GTP, or a GXP it is still a Grand Prix.. I owned a GXP also by the way, that is where the example came from.

@torch189 Why are you telling me do I understand? I'm the one who called it a Firebird Trans Am or Firebird Formula. A plain old Firebird is the V6 model. Of course I know the difference, did you not read my post at all?

@Quatermain98526 Every Trans am is a Firebird.. Trans am is the trim level. Same with Z28, or SS, they are both camaros only the trim level changes... Therefor Every Trans Am is a Firebird but every Firebird is not a Trans Am. Do you understand?

@98integraGSR If it's a V8, it's a Firebird Formula or FIrebird Trans Am. Firebirds are V6's. Just like a Camaro is a V6, ,but a Camaro Z28 or Camaro SS is a V8.
