Unfortunately, this video is me when I was first diagnosed at age 15 and I currently 48 years of age. Several of you have contacted me your questions concerning the drug "Mirapex" (if it were still on the market) and questions about Parkinson's. Unfortunately it is difficult to answer all your questions. If I could give you one piece of advice it would be to find a competent Neurologist and insist you get an MRI of your full brain and lumbar - and it has been my experience A LUMBAR PUNCTURE IS OPTIONAL (mind you, this is speaking from my own experience) BE TESTED ALSO FOR MS. I have had them both for the same amount of time, since age 15 and I just now found out about that I am writing this in hopes of helping someone not go through what I have gone through all this time.

  • what causes that for you ?

  • I didn't realise people could get this so young. I hope you are coping OK with it at 46. I can't imagine how tough it must be having to live with Parkinsons
