I totally remember this episode. Was this also the one where Jason walks out of the burning building and Liz drops the flowers Lucky2 got her. Was Brenda's return also part of it or something special with Carly1?

Right, Liz dropped the flowers when she saw Jason. Brenda was believed dead at the time, but back in 1998(?) there was a fire that trapped Jax and Sonny in a building. When they emerged, Brenda ran to (or "chose") Jax. This was basically a rip off of that. I think Carly ran to Sonny instead of Jason when they came out.

They oozed chemistry. I was so pissed off with GH when they reduxed Tyler in the role and let Marissa go...they were the hottest thing on the show. So sad. I knew then GH was headed down the wrong road, making decisions for one or two people...upsetting the entire canvas.

All to reunite NEM! ugh!

GH had been ignoring Nik and Gia for a while and then never took them seriously after AP took over as Gia. The excuse for the break-up was Nik becoming too controlling. The break-up was shortly before TC came back. A month, maybe?
