@Farris4Fitness Yea thats it. Ion exchange whey is also less bi available so you get less of an anabolic response. if you eat a lot of protein though, it shouldn't make a difference.

i been taking mgn whey isolates for awhile i was told its not good for you to take for a extended time according to dr mercola hes on here so he recommended a premium blend but mgn premium blend is always sold out i just ordered scivation whey chocalate to comepare mgn choclate whey is good two.

Do you prefer vanilla or chocolate? Also ON whey uses ion exchange isolates which strip away many of the benefits of drinking way protein. Will Brink wrote a good article on it.

@Farve4ever589 I wasn't aware of that. I do know that whey concentrate has some immune benefits that isolate doesn't have. Maybe that is what you're referring to?

@sdstan depends what flavor. Taste is very subjective but Scivation whey is pretty good in my opinion.

hey there, have you ever tried the 10lbs one? I just bought 2 of those and the packaging is ridiculously plain : transparent air tight plastic bag WTF LOL... is that how it's supposed to be or I bought imitation or some shit?

@ashyxt yes most companies put their powders in bags when packaging 10 plus pounds. Will be buying a 10lb of chocolate next time!
