thanks for this! made me inspired again to workout. I stopped cause I was so frustrated I'm not losing much weight. I guess this will really help! I learned from a site that the lean look is better than buff. Can you help me cause I wanted to try this site Pls check my profile so you can view the site.

Can anyone tell me why the heck my knees hurt everday since I started walking on the treadmill? I bought new walking/running shoes because I realized my feet were going inward. But my knees still hurt 1 week and a half into my walking routine! I want to jump rope,but not sure if that will make my knees worse?

im 15 and a lil over weight is this a good way to losse weight?
im a trainer at Golden Gym in LA and walking isnt the best way to go if your gonna try to loose wight if you super overweight then YES start out with 15-30 min walks on highest incline that you can mount, if your about 15-30 pounds overweight then run at your joggin speed (generally: 4.9-6.8) at around 3-7 incline, for about 20 min a day or at least 2 miles and with in 3 weeks you should see the fat melt away
