This was part of a 5 minute animation segement on Nickelodeon called "Rocketship Productions" which aired during 1988-1989. since Nick was owned by MTV, it also aired on Liquid TV in 1992.

I used to watch nickelodeon all day, hoping this would come on between shows, and I cracked up at it everytime when he farted. To a 3 year old this is great stuff.
