During blissful experiences, practice focusing simultaneously on the experience itself and the physical and emotional sensations associated with the experience. For example, if you are enjoying time with those you love, take in the time you share but also be aware of how it physically feels to be blissful.
When you do this, you will find that you experience the feeling of bliss on a deeper, more complete level, and, over time, you will begin to notice your awareness increase.
Also as you do this, your body will begin to crave this blissful feeling more often. This will help you create more blissful experiences in your life and will help you manifest the reality you truly desire.
When we allow our awareness to expand, we are able to experience our bliss and our reality on a more complete and personal level.
