  • What if you don't want to get lean, and you're just a glutton for pain?

  • @ComputermanGames Then you're just a dumb ass, any more questions?

  • getting lean is 85% nutrition. doesn't matter much if you crossfit, bodybuild, p90x or whatever, you wont get lean if you don't eat right! Bodybuilding+great nutrition is still the best way to get lean. Crossfit CAN have some great benefits, but is not necessarily appropriate for the general public, especially if the trainers are bad. I liked the article by Dewey Nielsen, but the guy in the video comes off like a douchy snob (maybe he meant to... he sure got under a lot of people's skin! HA)

  • @PositiveChargeLLC haha that'ss because they know I'm right!

  • I don't see your pretty face on ESPN competing against other athletes.

  • @Sp4akOfTheD4vil you're about 15 years late junior! I was cracking heads on ESPN when you were in diapers!

  • Anyone who does "Crossfit" to get lean is a dumbass anyway.... I do Crossfit because I like to do Crossfit... I like to over work my body I enjoy being able to do things most people don't think is possible, and to compete against others. Can it be over used, of course so can the stairmaster but Crossfit is a sport not an exercise routine.

  • @1mskungfu looks like a mix between ryan reynolds and peyton manning

  • Everything this guy said is true

  • @lou2bozzy What is it that crossfitters do that you find so amazing? I can do them all if it is scaled for my bodyweight.

  • He is right though in saying that it's bad for you. With any sport or activity, if you use incorrect form or style you risk injury everytime, both long term and short term. as long as you use correct form you won't have a problem and, in my opinion obviously, you'll get some of the best, most effective workouts ever..... I do like his comment though reffering to us "sneaky, overzealous crossfitters". It makes me laugh everytime.

  • @trinity9011 I'm a sheep? I don't see how.

  • @PositiveChargeLLC You're catching on! Are you taking notes?
