Clifta - good work! Congratulations! Are you doing any special food combining - eating complex carbs for breakfast, 3 hours later eating protein only, 3 hours later eating protein and green veg, etc
I'm interested in the acidic/alkaline digestive chemistry and am just starting to experiment with it.
I know you were talking about it not long ago.
What are your thoughts?

@toolband123 Hi Scott... Thank you! Right before this video (for about 1 month or so) I was cycling my carbs... 2, 3 or 4 days low carbs and then one higher day. Eating every 3 hours. Lots of veggies too.
Proteins are acidic so you need your veggies to keep your system alkaline to stay healthy and to get lean.
For the last 2 weeks since this video... I've been working with Mike and his diet is similar, but a little different. I eat more often now, but still lots of veggies. :)
