  • Everyone want to lose fat, all you do is resistance training all over your body, do it in 3 different stages Torso, Arms And Legs. Legs can be done by simply running up and down stairs until your legs begin to burn. Arms can be done by doing bicep and triceps workouts until it starts to burn, torso can be done by bench press for pecs and sit-ups for abs do this until you feel a burn. Once you have done all steps Repeat once more until you feel the burn.

  • @StrengthFromAbove83 100% better than TRX. Allows you to do WAY MORE exercises plus it's way stronger, won't break and allows you to add more accessories... can't even do dips or chinups on a TRX cause it's single anchor. Check it
