Richard Rosenberg is the Artistic Director and Conductor of the National Music Festival, an orchestral training festival for college and graduate level musicians. Located in historic Chestertown on Maryland's Eastern Shore, the Festival takes place the first two weeks of June annually. The orchestra plays great, but two of the violonists at the beginning of the video should be ticketed by the fashion police. And the "Herkulessaal" might use some wallpaper :-)
