This is the second contest I've ever done. I hate villians, so it was kind of weird making myself into one. Actually, this looks younger than me, and I really have glasses, but ... I digress. Credits are at the end for base that I used. The music I got from GarageBand. :)

...really? The person that made it (i think) said that.. well, that they made it themselves. *shrug* well, not much to do about it now! :) I probably won't win anyways, I'm not that great. I might make a different one, once my laptop is fixed. :)

@voiceofopinion it';s Elfen Lied, Lucy does that when she begins to find out how to use her Vectors. Not sure which episode though.
