B-2 takeoff at Nellis with Scanner audio!

A B-2 Spirit departs Nellis AFB during Red Flag 11-3. I added the audio of the scanner because I just love the sound of the B-2 radios and so does youtuber skyes9. Call Sign KONG31.

@windyrotorblast Yeah, I figured it was something like that. I just had to make sure, so many anti-stealth trolls these days on Youtube. You have to be careful!

Especially the ones who constantly bring up the SA-3 shoot down on the F-117 in Bosnia.

@MrCampasaurus I was being sarcastic but that line was not mine. I was flying through controlled airspace near Mather AFB and heard the controller announce radar contact with a F-117 "Wobbly Goblin" and another pilot said the same thing on the frequency. Of course this was all about transponder codes. Even the controller laughed.

@windyrotorblast Can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. But i'll explain anyways.

Stealth while does fulfill the word 'stealth' well, it's only effective to a certain range of radar. The whole idea behind an aircraft of this is to squeeze through an otherwise impenetrable radar net.

Example: X Radar has 200 mile range, stealth would decrease it to a 10 mile range, past that, it would be detectable.
