"Mislabeled" or "Youtube Hoax". Neither one of them dudes is Fabio, and neither one is even close to a black belt. There isn't exactly a lot of ground work to decipher either way, but consider this:
1) Fabio is in his 50s and weighs about 155lbs soaking wet.
2) Big boy takes a famous 'uhhh my belt just fell off' break w/ coach and you'll notice it's a very new (aka dark) looking blue belt.
Whatever the case ... jiu jitsu is Brazil's 2nd greatest gift to the world. Need I say the first???

No. Fabio is 150lbs, not 250lbs. I don't know who the guy in white is, but he was hanging out with some people from what seemed to be an mma gym somewhere in so cal. The guy in blue is named Gary, and he is a black belt under Fabio Santos.
