This is a demonstration of a variety of single ended rolls in a jig time (6/8). To make it more useful, the demo is shown at full speed and then again at 1/3 speed.

All I can say is, you are VERY cool! I'm pretty good at the Kerry style (and I'm a female!), really admire the top end variation, but could never do it!. Amazing shape to the bodhrán. Did you make it?
