Form a line to stop the horses xD That is one epic fail. When police horses push, you DON'T have the slightest chance of resisting that. If you try you're a dumb asshole and you deserve some pain.

@Levitica Eisenhower (R) was responsible for Vietnam, not Kennedy/Johnson. And you left out the Spanish American war under William McKinley, a republican, not to mention the civil war under Lincoln. Lincoln's term also saw the greatest annual percentage increase in the national debt from 90 million in 1861 to 524 million in 1862.
