enter in console "~" button :cl_crosshairsize 1- 6 It makes your reticle bigger or smaller

@Limez0rs For some guns, like the MP5, it doesnt make too much of a difference if you moving unless it's long range.

Gun game and DM is good to practice, but you should definetly go out of your comfort zone and play in some de_dust2 servers etc. Find a decent sensitivity, and try not to move while shooting, the accuracy goes waaay down. Just keep playing, and you will gradualy get better. Plain and simple. :)
