  • Great video.

I want to make a comment on the notion of healthy food. Today, the word "healthy" has become confused with "slimming". This is wrong. Healthy means it contains vitamins, minerals, essential oils, carbs and protein in the right forms and amounts, not necessarily that it reduces body fat.

  • This man is beacon of wisdom. I feel very priviliged to have stmbled accross johns videos on you tube. i will certainly be returning to watch more.

  • Dr. Breeding, your ability to convey rather complicated subjects with such wisdom and heartfelt care is laudable. You have a gift, generous of you to share with those who desperately need guidance, there are so many. Lucky are those who can call you thier doctor. Thank you. Peace~

  • I would love to see this fellow's garden. ^_*
