Ex-Conrail 5425 Leads NS 228 - 10/29/10

This video shows a four-state chase of NS intermodal train 228 with SD50 5425 (still in blue) leading Dash 9 9000. We first see the train at Milnor Road in Greencastle, the site of the proposed NS intermodal terminal. Next, we it again just south of Vardo Yard in Hagerstown. We will see the train again at the Potomac River bridge in Shepherdstown. Since I had no time to set up my video camera here, I have included my photo of the train at this location instead. After getting ahead of 228 again, we see them a final time at Berryville in great light.
