the ONLY correct portion of your statement is that history books are useless propoganda! if not for those so called "wild indians" most of the original settlers would have NOT made it through their 1st winter!

I researched my family history. I hate to bring up slavery, but it is part of my past. My grandfather's mother was owned by Germans ,but my grandfather's mother was owned by Irish. The German slave owners beat and raped my ancestors. The Irish owners would not beat and rape their slaves- treated them like family. After slavery they defended them in court when they got in trouble and helped them purchase land. The son of slave owner lived with my ggg-grandmother and had many children.

Nice work. You should make a 90 minute Documentary on this. You cover so much in a few minutes, it would be interesting to bring it all together with more education and historical references.

I did a complete four part radio documentary of two hours covering all these topics in 1992. It was called "Ancient Circles". I have thought for a long time about making it into a film. Thanks for the encouragement. I already have the sound track on my computer.
