Raja Yoga and Patanjali's Yoga Sutras explained.
Samyama is the perfection of concentration (dharana), meditation (dhyana), and absorption (samadhi).
Still mind state of natural enlightenment is samadhi.
Do not get hung up on the distractions from meditation such as lust, or heavy thoughts, or fear, shame, guilt. These are natural feelings but the will power must be made strong to overcome these teething problems on the pathway to divine consciousness.

Yogiraj is considered an illumined living master and solar seer, and helps sincere practitioners of yogic meditation awaken to higher levels of consciousness through chakra awakening/activation and esoteric practices of Himalayan yoga.

Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath was born on May 10, 1944 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has been meditating since the age of 3, and spent his early years in the Himalayas amongst the HamsaNath yogis, in whose presence he was transformed. The divine transformation flowered after his deep and personal experiences in 1961 and 1967 with the yogi-christ Mahavatar Shiv-Goraksha-Babaji, the same spiritual master described in Yogananda's Autobiography of a Yogi. He has a wife of 30+ years, Gurumata Shivangani, with whom he built by hand the Hamsa Yoga Sangh Ashram (Spiritual Retreat) outside the city of Pune, near Bombay, India. They have two sons, and two grandchildren.

Yogiraj teaches yogic meditation for the evolution of human consciousness. These perennial practices of yoga are the most ancient closely guarded sacred practices of the Himalayan yogis and masters from time immemorial. They help the practitioner gradually transform him/herself into the likeness of his/her own divinity.

This ancient art and science has been a way of life for rare yogis and ascetics of India and abroad who have sacrificed everything in the search for their own inner Truth, their inner Godessence. Today, Yogiraj demonstrates in his own life and livingness, that powerful spiritual practice can be integrated with family life and a career. By the blessings of Babaji, Yogiraj teaches these techniques, which he collectively calls "The Alchemy of Total Transformation" to sincere seekers throughout the world, who wish to integrate these practices into their daily life, without the necessity of giving up worldly pursuits.

These techniques are called:
1. Mahavatar Babaji's Kriya Yoga (N.B., the exact same kundalini kriya originally given to Lahiri Mahasaya in the 19th century)
2. Siddhanath Surya Yoga - A dynamic osmosis of solar healing. Pranic self-healing with solar power.
3. Siddhanath Hamsa Yoga - The Way of the White Swan.

If earth peace is to herald the dawn of the new age, let us all realize that:

Humanity is one's only religion,
Breath one's only prayer, and
Consciousness one's only God.

  • this is great, I've needed to hear this for so long. thank you! We all need to learn this. i definitely have too much self-judgment... we all should give ourselves a break. One question i have is: "since someone said visualization is very powerful, and that you can create with it..

I get fearful when a negative thought comes.. I become afraid that by seeing and feeling something negative in my mind's eye, I am then creating that in my life. Will you please help us better understand the issue?

  • @NickOnassis Visualization is to help one focus one's attention with true intent. Simply having errant thoughts does not apply. Don't worry about it; just let the noise of your mind fade away as you focus your heart's intention with that image that you hold sacred. Kriya Yog is specifically used for dissolving the "negative mind".

  • Sincere question: do these things really work?

  • @caviper1 Kriya Yog is the specific tool, given by the Mahavatar, to clean the karma from our chakras. With dedication and resolve, the technique will liberate us from our negativity and usher us into our Divinity; our true nature.

  • Thank you :) very helpful. Gave up on my meditation last night for those very reasons!

  • Caviper1 I want to say to you that they do work. My mind is so much more still and peaceful. I encourage you to keep asking until you can act and do whatever it is that moves you.

  • I love how honest he is and how he can make things seem normal. What a loving video

  • Wow i am very great full.

  • damn this guy is good...

i find kriya yoga meditation is very much similar to rajyoga. i was a rajyogi once, experienced true bliss, love, happiness, joy, etc. from the supreme being. i lead a orderly life, most events happened favoured me, troubles solved in unexpected ways, and many other experiences i had but was defeated bcos of these powerful negativities including each time i wanna come back...i now know how so wanna start all over again!

  • Depression is so hard, forces you to meditate

  • Sit, and find out.

  • OK, if by your meditation and any forms of practice you will attain everything what you are looking for - What will you do after that?
