  • What kind of tires were you on?

  • BFG KDW2's 225/45/17

  • I love the STIs, but its only a second faster than stock with a built motor and aftermarket turbo? Damn, this makes me want to just get a 03 Cobra and put a pulley and exhaust on it and show that thing up!

  • lol, the car has another 125whp in it the way it sits.

  • @AdamRanda they were beasts themselves! :D

  • hey does jay ever dyno FWD's? i have a friend that just wants to see what his sentra se-r spec v is making with bolt ons and a 100 shot

  • @ckyguy68 It also said it weights 3605 LBS (probably with the driver) stock 06/07 STI's are like 3270 LBS. So that's a good 335 pound difference. Every 100 pounds is said to be a 10th of a second on a quarter mile.

  • 13.6-8

  • riding the clutch doesnt do anything to the clutch...just kills the throwout beating

  • does anyone have an idea of what a 2001 impreza wrx st1's time would be? im looking to get one.

  • oh really? lol. ok well i guess now i know

  • Nope, that's only in Fast and Furious. They don't do that in real life! =)

  • ok well now i know lol. well what i meant was like staying in neutral and revving until take off then switching into first so youre not "riding the clutch". i dont know if i used that term correctly. i just thought of it as a method to preserve th clutch and not use it as much but then i sacrifices time if racing.
