not really when youre white and have tattoos youre a "stupid punk" or a dumb kid. i dont think many people judge about tattoos anymore because its common now, and to be completely honest the general statements that ive heard made regarding african americans with tattoos are statements based on pigment and visibility of the tattoo. it sounds terrible but i didnt say it they did
