ok thanks im running it on a duo core 3.0 ghz 8 gig ram , Ati Radeon 1 gig ddr5 and 64 bit 7 runs really smooth for me . If I upgraded to a quad core would it make much of a different do you thinik?

@GreenLantern1966 I upgraded from a 2.0ghz dual core so it was a huge difference for me. It will obviously be less for you but the biggest difference I notice is not in game performance but in multitasking. I run a dual monitor set up and before my quad core It was a pain to even run an internet browser when the game was up. Now with the quad core Firefox runs just as if the game wasn't even running.

which mother board do you have and do you recommend ASrock at all? . There is a motherboard for 54 dollars ASrock but you can only put max 8 gig ram on this board .It supports am3 socket and can support the fx chip as well but it seems kind of cheap for that price what do you think?

k thanks then its not worth upgrading to quad core wont make that much of a difference for me at all because i don't multitask I have a laptop thats quad core.
