I love it when you kids try to reference something that was created not too long ago to a show that was made almost two decades ago.

Sonic Generations had no part in this episode. The characters you know today weren't even thought of at the time. This show was released shortly after Sonic 2. The Floating Island is called such because that was the name for it at the time. Angel Island wasn't the official name until Sonic Adventure.

These cartoons and comics are NOT canon to the games.

They're not in a Empty white space with stages in them

No chaos emeralds

No Super Sonic

No Time Eater

Is it just because it's time travel that it seems like Sonic Generations? It may appear that way to a few other people I saw commented.
