Sue Mallick with Food City presents a fresh recipe for Ham, Broccoli and Noodles at Food City's Cooking School. Ingredients:
8 oz egg noodles
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups ham cubes
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cook noodles according to instructions on package, adding the broccoli florets in the last minute of cooking time. Drain and return to pot. Saute ham in oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until ham is slightly crispy. Add butter, sour cream, ranch dressing, and cheese to noodle and broccoli mix. Stir until butter is melted and ingredients are well incorporated. Serve immediately.
