From a friend's vinyl collection! Steve Hackett was the guitarist from Genesis - this is a "crossover" (prog rock/soul) song from his "Please Don't Touch" album, with Randy Crawford on vocals.

Woefully under-recognised track that deserves to be widely played - needs a different ending to be radio friendly though - on the record/CD it goes straight into the next track.
